Introduction

Wadebridge itself is a great shopping town with fine individual boutiques and close by is the cathedral city of Truro The Duchy s capital. A fine location for cyclists and walkers with the close proximity of the scenic Camel Trail. Located near to the ever popular beaches of Rock and Polzeath and conveniently positioned with easy walking access to the town centre. Only a short drive to the towns of Port Isaac famed in the TV series of Doc Martin Padstow with some great restaurants and the surfing mecca of Polzeath. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties Bodmin Steam Railway Go Karting The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. This reverse level accommodation is designed to make the most of the beautiful views from the living areas. Stepping outside there guests will enjoy the stunning decking area with hot tub and changing room garden furniture and BBQ with a further enclosed grassed area. There is off road parking for three cars.
