This property is one of two lodges set in a delightful orchard in the village of Talgarth in the Brecon Beacons National Park. The property has splendid views and is an easy walk to the village pubs and shops and a restored watermill. Only a short drive away is the ever-popular town of books Hay-on-Wye. The property is a short drive to some local beauty spots such as Longorse Lake and Pwll-y-Wrach Nature Reserve offering super walks. For the more easy-going guests there are some lovely market towns such as Crickhowell and Brecon both within easy reach. There is plenty to see and do during the day such as walking mountain biking climbing kayaking fishing and horse riding before a bit of star gazing in the evening. Follow the pathway through the orchard to the lodge you will find the entrance hall where you will find a handy utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Past the utility room there is a light and airy super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with lovely views down a couple of steps there is the warm and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The contemporary kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob fridge microwave and dishwasher. The lounge area has a stylish sofa and chairs Smart TV and floor to ceiling windows to take in the fabulous surroundings. From the kitchen area through an internal hallway you will find the shower room with shower and WC. And completing the accommodation a pretty double bedroom. This is a fantastic residence with cosy underfloor heating throughout making this an ideal retreat perfect for couples and families all year round. Outside there is a private decked area overlooking the orchard stream and woodland beyond with furniture and BBQ for some al fresco dining all leading to your own wood fired hot tub.
