Walkers can enjoy wandering in the 200 acres of farmland which consist of woodland and a lake perfect for an afternoon picnic. Looking for a day on the sands within a short car journey is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The village also has an array of restaurants bars shops cafes and amusements. The market town of Bideford is just a short drive away with an abundance of cafes pubs and the famous pannier market. Other attractions in the area included The Big Sheep Tapley Park National Trust Arlington Court and the traditional cobbled streets of Clovelly. Step into this single storey lodge and be welcomed into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With comfy seating you can relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or enjoy a meal whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Head further into the property and you will find the bright and airy bedrooms one double which offers beautiful countryside views and one bunk bedroom. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside you will find a decked area with patio furniture and BBQ along with a small lawned area perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal whilst enjoying the stunning views. A beautiful private hot tub will be available from March 2020. There is private off-road parking for three cars.
