Introduction

Set in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and just on the edge of the Forest of Bowland an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The perfect location for nature lovers wildlife enthusiast and those who are looking to explore of foot or two wheels. Heading slightly further afield is the city of Lancaster with a range of shops and restaurants and Lancaster Castle and Cathedral for those interested in history. Heading even further you will find yourself on the coast in Morecambe. Take a walk along the pier let the dogs run free on the dog friendly beach or visit the Eric Morecambe Statue. Stepping into the property you will find yourself in the kitchen/diner equipped with an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. You can then enjoy the resulting meal at the dining table. Step up a couple of steps into the lounge the perfect space to relax after a long day with wood burner and Smart TV this room also has feature glass flooring lit up to show the old workings of the well.
