Located to the east of the Highlands capital of Inverness with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities or enjoy a trip to the world famous Loch Ness. Entering the property into the spacious hallway through to the light and bright second lounge with TV/DVD and double sofa bed.

Leading through the hallway you are met with the bathroom with beautiful roll-top bath separate shower and WC. Then you will find a lovely double bedroom with TV/DVD followed by two beautiful spacious king-size bedrooms both with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Venturing outside you will find the beautifully presented spacious mature gardens perfect for children and dogs with lovely private hot tub patio with seating area and BBQ hut with charcoal BBQ and seating area ideal for al fresco dining. There is direct access though a secure gate from the garden on to the beautiful pebble beach. There is also ample off-road parking at the property.
