Introduction

The house has a prime position right on the sea front with walks available from the front door. Local amenities are just a short walk away from the house while there is so much to see and do in the local area. Visit unique Kelburn Castle and Country Park which is a short walk away or hop across to Great Cumbrae the ferry crossing is just a short walk from the house you can cycle the round-island road or visit the watersport centre. Sun Dial walk from the house offers some stunning views of the Clyde. Other members of the family will love the City of Glasgow with its shops museums and art galleries. The marina and town centre are just a ten minute walk away there aresome great restaurants and bars. Enter into large bright hallway off the hall is the lounge with open fire sea views TV and piano. There is a king-size bedroom just off the lounge with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Headed back into the hallway there is a formal dining room with a large table seating 14 an open fire with sea views. From the hallway down the corridor there is a kitchen which has small breakfast table electric oven gas hob microwave coffee machine dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Further along the hallway there is a twin bedroom with sea views opposite the bedroom is a shower room with shower and WC. At the end of the hallway is a games room with table tennis there is also a small second open-plan kitchen off the games room with dishwasher electric oven and hob fridge and freezer. Going back down the hallway up a couple of steps opposite the main kitchen there is a small lounge/snug with TV open fire and garden views. Next door there is a separate WC and along the hall is a lovely spacious twin bedroom. Next door to the bedroom is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a king-size bedroom on this level with shower and sink. Headed up the staircase to the first floor there are an additional three bedrooms a twin with sea views and two king-size bedrooms with sea views and one of these bedrooms has an en-suite with shower and WC. There is a beautiful Victorian conservatory which wraps around the back of the house overlooking the mature Garden. The garden has a lovely large lawn area seating and hot tub. The private drive has ample parking for up to five cars. Need to know: 7 bedrooms 4 king size and 3 twins. 1 en suite shower room, 1 en suite bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.
