This conveniently placed property is just a short stroll into the centre of Braunton where you can enjoy browsing the local shops restaurants pubs and takeaways. Just outside the town Braunton Burrows provides a lovely backdrop for scenic seaside walks. Just three miles away Saunton Sands boasts an expansive sandy beach popular with families and surfers and further afield sand sea and surf can be enjoyed at Woolacombe Croyde and Putsborough. Walking enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with the nearby South West Coast Path taking you across the spectacular headland to Baggy Point and Exmoor National Park within easy reach by car. Other family attractions and places of interest nearby include Barnstaple with the market and high street shops Exmoor Zoo Watermouth Castle Dinosaur and wildlife park as well as other coastal towns such as Combe Martin Morethoe and Ilfracombe. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will then discover the beautiful bedrooms the first of which is a master super-king-size with a walk-in dressing room which leads to an en-suite shower room with WC. This room also boasts a balcony with views over Chivenor airfield and the burrows across to the estuary and Appledore. Located next to this room and accessed by double doors (which can be locked) or from the hallway is a further super-king-size bedroom with zip-and-link beds that can be presented as a twin upon request.
