Introduction

A short drive away is the traditional Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe offering a wealth of shops pubs and restaurants as well as traditional amusement arcades cinema Landmark Theatre and Damien Hirst s Verity . Other attractions include Lynton and Lynmouth Exmoor National Park Watermouth Castle Lee Abbey The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park. Closer to home visit Combe Martin which boasts a pretty harbour and sheltered sandy bay with a 17th Century inn post office bakery and a selection of independent shops. From here the South West Coast Path offers walks with breath-taking views and enthusiastic walkers can head out towards the expansive surfing beaches of Saunton Croyde and Woolacombe on foot. Step inside this delightful property and you enter into a porch/boot room which leads directly into the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here there is cosy sofa and chairs surrounding the Smart TV and warming wood burner and the large bay window allows loads of natural light in. The kitchen area boasts a great selection of appliances including an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher coffee machine and washing machine. Walking on through you will find the two bedrooms a king and a down a large step the single. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a shower over bath and WC. Outside of the property at the front there is an enclosed patio area walking around the gravel path around the side of the cottage leads to the rear garden with garden furniture charcoal BBQ firepit and your own private hot tub. From here you can enjoy country views and provides a great venue for al fresco dining. Designated off-road parking for one car is available on the driveway but please note it is quite steep. Garden with pond on site.
