The family holiday park it sits on offers all you ll need to keep the whole group entertained from live music at one of the onsite entertainment facilities to the indoor swimming pool offering water slides lazy river and fountain island. If that wasn t enough there are even more activities available to keep the little ones entertained from an indoor soft play area to outdoor multi-sports courts. You are truly spoilt for choice with a great selection of restaurants cafes and bars to choose from. Enter the property into the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner which is a wonderfully social space to retreat to after a long day exploring the area with TV and dining table featuring ample seating for the whole group. A games room with table football and TV is located just beyond the lounge which also benefits access out to the pretty rear garden. The fully equipped kitchen with dual fuel oven and hob microwave American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher is located at the rear of the house neighbouring the utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The first of the double bedrooms and twin bedrooms are also located on the ground floor alongside one of the bathrooms with bath and WC. Up on the first floor is another double bedroom benefiting doors leading you out onto the balcony where you will enjoy wonderful views over the beach and across the Solent. The other twin bedroom can be found opposite with views over the pretty rear garden. The bathroom with bath and WC on this level is nestled between the both bedrooms. Access the pretty rear garden from the games room this space is ideal for al fresco dining with outdoor rattan patio furniture and buschbeck wellington grill BBQ. The hot tub available from June is the space to retreat to and chill after a full-on day exploring the local area. Off road parking for up to 4 cars can be found at the front of this property. Pools now open but need to come beach ready as changing facilities closed. Need to know: 4 Bedrooms 2 doubles and 2 twins. 2 bathrooms with bath and WC. Access to holiday park’s shared facilities: 5 entertainment facilities, indoor swimming pool complex with water slides, lazy river and fountain island, outdoor swimming pool, selection of bars restaurants and takeaways, amusement arcades, top deck gym, beauty rooms, on site shops, children s playground, indoor soft play area, multi sports court, kids clubs, go karts, crazy golf, funfair, bunni express road train.. Pub, shop and beach within walking distance. All the facilities in the houses are as the same, we will not have available the swimming pool or any of our indoor activities and entertainment offerings. Whilst the government have restrictions on gathering only we will have things like walking trails, Bird watching, bike trails, nature hunts etc this is being added to weekly, and will change once we have further advice from government. .
