Coed Trallwmn Mountain Bike and Visitor Centre is just 20 miles from your door so hop on your bike and ride the day away. A Land Rover course quad biking and paintballing are all things you can do to entertain yourself on the farm if you ask the owner these activities are perfect if you are part of a large group looking to be entertained. Large windows let light flood inside creating a tranquil feel at this home from home. The comfortable sofas invite you to put your feet up as you laze away in front of the TV or gaze across the fields and valleys beyond. There is plenty of room for all hands on deck to make light work of mealtimes in the kitchen/diner. Gather at the island and utilize all of the fantastic space to cook up a storm. Plate up at the table which comfortably seats four and enjoy dining together. There is a handy downstairs cloakroom with WC but head to the first floor to find the family shower room. The three bedrooms can also be found on this floor the king-size with en-suite shower room double room and snug single all invite you to switch off and unwind. Wake up and discover the indoor hot tub shared with other properties on-site to start your day with a relaxing soak. Enjoy sunny days on the lawn also a good spot for four-legged friends to stretch their legs and fire up the BBQ in the evening for a tasty feast to enjoy. In addition to washing and storage facilities for mountain bikes there is ample off-road parking at this property. Ample off road parking. 2 dogs welcome. 4 other cottages on site, book with the neighbouring cottage to sleep a total of 11 or book all 5 to accommodate 29 guests. Lockable bike storage and washing facilities. Indoor hot tub shared with other properties on site due to Covid 19 it is operating with reduced hours and an increased cleaning protocol. It will close if government rules change or for essential servicing or maintenance.. Telescope. There is a Land Rover course, quad biking available and paint balling bookable with the owner. On discussion with the owners there are fields close to the house where ball games could be played. Shops, pubs and restaurants less than 5 miles away in Cynghordy and Llandovery.
