A mile outside is the Overwater marina with mooring for over 200 narrowboats and reached by foot or at weekends and Bank Holidays by Audlem Lass which cruises the canal from Lock 15 to the marina. There s a cafe there too for refreshment and lunches. A little further afield are the market towns of Chester and Shrewsbury providing charm and culture with lots to see and do. Step into the barn pop your shoes off and feel the toasty underfloor heating warming under your feet. The impressive lounge/kitchen/diner wows with high ceilings and exposed beams and offers a social space to prepare a meal enjoy dinner and relax on the sofa.
