Barton is a designated hamlet in South Warwickshire very close to the borders of Worcestershire and Gloucestershire famous for its cider apples. Today you can savour a pint of cider cask ales and great food in the friendly well-named local pub The Cottage of Content! The area is perfect for enthusiastic walkers with direct access to the open countryside along the banks of the River Avon.

It is also at the centre of The Heart of England Forest a lush green stretch of woodland stretching 7 000 acres and rustling with 1.8 million broadleaf trees and hedges. Stratford-upon-Avon Shakespeare s birthplace is just a few miles to the east and a little further south the heart of the Cotswolds with many traditional villages and market towns including Moreton-in-Marsh Broadway and Chipping Campden. Set within the grounds of the owner s home within a peaceful location.

The lobby offers access into the open-plan living space that has been finished with light colours and a contemporary twist. There are two large sofas on which you can sit back and relax whilst enjoying a movie on the Smart TV. There is a dining area with a table and chairs for four. There is a shower room with a shower and WC. Outside you can relax in the enclosed private gardens with your personal hot tub where you can enjoy soaking whilst star gazing. There are several areas within the garden with tables and chairs for you to enjoy the sun. There is off-road parking for two cars and secure storage for two bikes.
