Located off the beaten track this property is nestled in the heart of the countryside. With plenty of walking trails nearby and wonderful country views from the house. This is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Launceston the ancient capital of Cornwall is only 7 miles away and boasts a Norman castle traditional butchers bakers and independent shops. Beachgoers shouldn t miss a trip to nearby Bude which is perfect for families looking for a fun day by the sea. Enter into the property via the entrance hallway where you will find two of the three bedrooms a double bedroom with a TV and a bunk room. Both rooms are spacious and have ample storage. You will also find a bathroom with a shower over bath and WC off of the hallway. There is a good size comfy living area with a Smart TV and wood burner the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite programmes on the reclining sofas. This room also has fantastic views out of the countryside. Moving back through the hallway you will find a very large kitchen/dining room which boasts fabulous views over the countryside and has a seating area with recliner chairs next to a wood burner if you like to sit and read a book this would be a great spot. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric Smeg range cooker dishwasher microwave and large fridge/freezer. The dining table comfortably seats six and there are doors leading out onto the garden. The utility room is off of the kitchen and is a very useful space with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a wonderful king-size bed a large seating area and stunning rural views. Outside is a very large garden with grassed lawn and play area there is also a decked area as well as a patio area which houses garden furniture. You will also find a summer house that contains a Lazy Spa hot tub with TV and seating a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Off-road parking for 3 cars.
