Tucked away down a private lane on the owners farm this stunning cottage is situated within the grounds of the Anderton Centre where you can book a variety of water sports and outdoor activities. The perfect area for walkers and cyclists take a short stroll to the tap room at Rivington Brewery Company and enjoy a freshly made pint of ale or for thrill-seekers Go Ape is just one mile away. The popular market town of Chorley steeped in history and surrounded by beautiful countryside is within four miles and boasts a number of independent shops cafes and restaurants to explore. For a day at the beach take a short drive to one of the vibrant coastal towns of either Southport or Lytham both within a 30 mile radius. On entering the property you are greeted by a light open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting a wood burner Smart TV and double doors that open out to the patio area. The kitchen area is stylish and well fitted offering everything you need to cook up a three-course meal or whip up a quick snack with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
