Introduction

A fantastic location making the property an ideal base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall where you will find a choice of beaches and coastal walks to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes. These include Bodmin Moor Dartmoor with its rugged scenery Lydford Gorge Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Morwellham Quay and RHS Rosemoor. Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible as is Launceston with its castle the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf cycle paths and riding can be found locally and fishing sailing and other activities can be found at nearby Roadford Lake. Stepping into this former barn which was converted in 2017 you enter the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with slate and wooden flooring throughout. It is welcoming with contemporary styling and makes an extremely comfortable holiday home. In the lounge area relax on the comfy sofa and watch a movie on the TV/DVD. Cook a full meal or whizz up a quick snack in the kitchen area with an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge and freezer where there is plenty of space for any supermarket delivery dishwasher and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar and stools which offer social dining. Walk through to the super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with a TV/DVD and plenty of storage. Leading on you come to the stylish en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside there is a long patio area directly outside your door with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ a private hot-tub. A few steps away is a gated and enclosed lawn area with picnic table ideal for alfresco dining. Allocated parking for one car and additional parking available if required.
