Introduction

The beautiful sands at Woolacombe are a short distance as are the popular beaches at Croyde and Saunton excellent for surfing. Head over to Ilfracombe where you can see Damian Hirst s Verity dine in the quayside restaurants and relax on Tunnels Beaches. Walkers are well-catered for with nearby access to the South West Coast Path Exmoor and the popular Tarka Trail which offers off-road walking and cycling. On entering the property you will find yourself in an entrance porch with plenty of space for boots and shoes and also home to the washer/dryer. Four steps lead up to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with two comfy sofas and a large Smart TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob a fridge with ice compartment and a dishwasher. A breakfast bar and stools provide room for a coffee or light lunch while the table cleverly nestles next to the staircase allowing for a more formal evening meal. French doors lead out from the lounge area to the garden. Stairs lead up from the lounge to two bedrooms; one king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with a Smart TV. A small third room offers space for kids with beanbags and some games/toys/alternatively storage. The shower room with shower and WC completes the accommodation. Stepping outside you ll find a rear enclosed private seating area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ Hot tub will be available from 2nd April 2022. Private off-road parking for up to two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king size on request). 1 en suite shower room with WC, and 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. Utility room with washer/dryer. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TVs in the lounge and in both bedrooms. Enclosed rear garden area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Off road allocated parking for 2 cars (additional parking is available if required). Beach and pub 3 miles and shop 1.5 miles. Hot tub available from 2nd April 2022.
