Introduction

This beautiful barn conversion is tucked away in the picturesque village of Lund just a stone s throw from a delightful country inn serving delicious home-cooked food. Surrounded by the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds the village is centrally placed for access to the market towns of Beverley Pocklington and Driffield all within a 13-mile radius. The Wolds Way is nearby and there is an abundance of pretty walks and cycle trails directly from the doorstep. Visit Market Weighton (10 miles) which holds a weekly farmers market or the vibrant city of York with its ancient walls and Minster. For a day by the sea the sandy beaches of the stunning Yorkshire coastline (20 miles) are well worth a visit. As you enter the property you will step into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining room which is the perfect space to socialise with your loved ones. Curl up in the lounge area and watch a film on the Smart TV after a day of exploring or simply enjoy relaxing with a drink in front of the wood burner. The kitchen has been stylishly designed with ease in mind and boasts an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
