If you are a whiskey lover try the distilleries in the area with Glengoyne (16 miles) and Auchentoshan (11.5 miles) nearby. For those who love learning about the history and culture visit the National Trust s Hill House (8.5 miles) which is Charles Rennie Mackintosh s architectural masterpiece. For those who want to get out and about in the beautiful Scottish air head to Mugdock Country Park (18 miles) which has over 660 acres of countryside to explore on foot or two wheels. Closer to home 1 mile away Balloch Castle Country Park boasts impressive views over Loch Lomond and has an impressive 19th-century castle to explore. Enter this stylish and spacious property into the hall where you can hang your coats and take off your muddy shoes. Follow the hall through to the comfortable open-plan lounge/diner relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Treat your guests to a delicious homecooked meal which can be served around large table that seats 10 comfortably. Continuing back through the hallway you are then met with the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer open the French doors leading directly outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast table. Next is the lovely double bedroom and finally completing the ground floor is a shower room with shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will find three light and bright bedrooms one king-size and one twin which both have en-suite shower rooms and the final bedroom is a double. Venturing outside there is a communal pathway running along the back of the courtyard across from this is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 king size, 2 doubles and 1 twin. 3 bathrooms 1 shower room and WC and 2 en suite shower rooms and WC . Electric ovens and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair available. Smart TV in Lounge. Garden with seating, gazebo and BBQ. Private Hot Tub charged at 250 per week, payable before arrival (available from 10am 10pm daily). Please note this property has external CCTV cameras. Off road private parking for 3 cars.
