Stunning coastal walks only 6 miles away including the picturesque village of Clovelly that is privately owned venture a bit further along the coast is Hartland point with rock pools and waterfalls. Only 11 miles away is the pretty seaside village of Westward Ho! well known for its beaches and surfing. Stroll around the shops and amusement arcades and grab a locally made ice cream whilst relaxing on the beach. Only 2 miles from here is the fishing village of Appledore with its narrow cobbled lanes and a plethora of independent shops and tearooms pubs and restaurants or indulge in a bag of fish and chips and sit on one of the benches along the promenade overlooking over the water to Instow. Leave your car at the front of this pretty holiday cottage step through the gate and there are patio doors to enter. As you walk into the open-plan cottage you will appreciate the well-thought-out design that makes this a relaxing comfortable place to stay with its sumptuous sofa and high ceiling. A Smart TV is provided to spend the cooler evenings watching one of your favourite movies.
