Introduction

This gorgeous town house is situated perfectly right on the high street allowing you to immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the famous sailing town of Cowes which offers a great selection of bars restaurants cafés and shops. Cowes is well known for its affiliation to the sailing community and there are many events to enjoy including Regatta s and races which are peppered throughout the summer months. Cowes hosts the famous Cowes Week every year in the summer months Cowes Week is one of the longest running sailing regattas in the world and this gorgeous town house would make the perfect base for both crew and spectators. Stepping into this lovely property you ll be greeted by the traditional floating staircase which runs through each floor. The first of six bedrooms is on this floor a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a 2ft 6 twin upon request). Across from this room is the only other room on this floor which is a well-equipped utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with a shower room with shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor you ll find two bedrooms one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a 2ft 6 twin on request) and one family suite with two king-size zip-and-links (which can be made into 2ft 6 twins on request) and a great view of the high street.
