Newquay is known as a surfer s paradise with two fantastic beaches to enjoy both with sandy expanses so a day on the golden sands is a must. For those who want to explore the county s beautiful scenery there are an abundance of walks to enjoy around Newquay or further afield to Crantock (4 miles). You are ideally placed to explore lots of other popular coastal destinations and attractions including Watergate Bay The Eden Project and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens all within 20 miles. Accessed via its own private entrance the ground floor features two beautiful super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins upon request) both with Smart TVs and both en-suite offering one with a large shower room and WC and one with a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Moving up the staircase and onto the first floor is a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with stylish interiors and a great sense of space. The kitchen is fully equipped offering everything you need to cook up a wonderful meal or pack up a good lunch for a day out. The dining area is comfortable and offers a chance to enjoy a family meal or games night. The lounge has wonderful cosy sofas plush interiors and Smart TV so you can snuggle in and watch a movie or two. Moving up to the final level you will find the final king-size bedroom boasting a beautiful original feature wall with oak beams and Smart TV and a large en-suite shower room. Outside is a private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and private hot tub to bubble away in after a long day.
