Situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning Coast Path. Polruan a 2-mile walk offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a tasty lunch overlooking the harbour or an afternoon cream tea in the cafe. From here you can take the passenger ferry and spend the day in Fowey with its quaint streets full of shops cafes pubs and restaurants and take lunch on its quay overlooking the spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (12.9 miles) The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.4 miles). Enter into this property for two via your own entrance with its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the open fire whilst watching all your favourite TV programmes. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to good cook an evening meal. The bedroom is accessed off the lounge and offers a king-size bed dressing table and TV for you to enjoy. Completing this fabulous cottage is the bathroom. Outside is an allocated area with BBQ garden and table and chairs the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring. Access to shared indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and outside play park. Swimming pool winter opening 30/10/22 10/02/23. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/23. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has an allocated garden area, furniture and BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.
