Introduction

This fantastic ground floor apartment is part of a fabulous complex of 11 offering pool facilities as well as wonderful woodland walks!. Situated between the coastal villages of Polperro and Polruan you will be spoilt for choice of where to ramble via the stunning Southwest Coast Path. Polruan a 2-mile walk offers a couple of great pubs to enjoy a Cornish lunch overlooking the harbour or a cream tea in the local cafe. From here take the passenger ferry and enjoy a day in Fowey with its quaint streets full of boutique shops cafes pubs restaurants and spectacular harbour. Further attractions include The Eden Project (12.9 miles) The Shipwreck Centre (15 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (21.4 miles). Enter into the ground floor apartment via the beautiful shared garden through its private entrance into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers cosy seating for you to retreat to after a long day. Put your feet up in front of the open fire whilst watching all your favourite programmes or taking in the views from the lounge area patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook up a wonderful evening meal or prepare a good lunch for the day ahead. The two bedrooms are accessed off the kitchen area and offer a double bed dressing table and TV for you to enjoy as well as a twin bedroom (can be made as a super-king-size on request) with pull-down full size single bed. Completing this fabulous cottage is the family bathroom. Outside is an allocated garden area with BBQ and garden and table and chairs the perfect spot to dine alfresco after a long day out exploring. The swimming pool, hot tub & sauna will be closed 30/10/22 10/02/23. There is a small charge for use of the sauna ( 1 for 20 minutes and hot tub ( 2 for 20 minutes). The beautiful garden has allocated garden furniture and BBQ. Complex is set in 7 acres of beautiful countryside. Parking available in the onsite car park. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 3.4 miles and beach within 5 miles. Dog friendly with dog exercise field, warm dog shower & unlimited dog towels.
