Newly completed in 2023 this stylish barn conversion is just 2 miles inland from the coast and stunning clifftop walks. The Georgian village of Hartland is just a short drive away (5 miles) where shops pubs and Hartland Abbey can be found. Hartland Quay is a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunshine. The quaint village of Clovelly is just 7 miles away and the town of Bude is 13 miles boasting a variety of shops and restaurants beautiful sandy beaches and an outside sea pool. For keen cyclists or for a more leisurely ride the Tarka Trail offers miles of unspoilt views. There is something for every age range nearby: surfing and sandcastle building at the large sandy beach at Westward Ho! (16 miles) Children will love the Milky Way Adventure Park and North Devon Wake Park (7 miles) and the Big Sheep Adventure Park (14 miles). Step inside the entrance hall and find an area with plenty of room to kick off shoes and boots. You are immediately drawn to the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which can be found on your right this room is bright with the natural light that floods in through the large picture windows making it a pleasant place at any time of the day and the social hub of the barn. The kitchen area has everything you need to cater for every mealtime and a dining table set centrally also allows meals to be enjoyed together. The lounge area has a warming wood burner and a comfy sofa where you can relax and watch your favourite films on the Smart TV. From here on a warm day you can open the French doors leading out to the patio area and garden. Heading back through to the entrance hall you will find two bedrooms a double and a zip-and-link twin and the family bathroom nearby and at the other end of the barn is the master bedroom with king size bed en-suite shower room and French doors leading out onto the patio. Outside is a large patio area with garden furniture a fire pit and a charcoal BBQ making this a great place to enjoy al fresco meals or evening drinks. Across the patio nestling in one corner of the garden is your own private hot tub and an outdoor shower. Children and adults can also enjoy the giant garden games and the adjacent and enclosed garden area is also ideal for exercising your four-legged friends.
