Introduction

Located next door to the owner s residence yet with privacy assured this lovingly converted family cottage with easy access to the beach and walking trails is set in fabulous surroundings and with its very own private hot tub this is a great place to come and get away from the hustle and bustle. Part of the Rame Peninsula Portwrinkle is a tiny former fishing village located at the end of Whitsand Bay with two main beaches and a series of rock pools to explore at low tide. This lesser-known corner of Cornwall is one of few surfing spots on this side of the county and offers lots of little gems to grab a coffee or lunch. If you fancy something a little gentler the Whitsand Bay Golf Course (1 miles) is next to the village. The Torpoint ferry is a short drive away (6 miles) and from here you can cross the River Tamar into the city of Plymouth and visit Drake s Hoe or the Barbican. Enter this fabulous cottage and into a large stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasting multiple large comfy sofas just perfect for snuggling up in front of the fire whilst watching your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. The dining table is set in the perfect position for chatting with the cook or gathering around and discussing the events of the day. Meanwhile the kitchen is well equipped and offers more than enough for preparing a delicious meal or making up a packed lunch for the day. Moving down a level is a great king-size bedroom with dressing table and a bathroom next door. Upstairs is an impressive master with a king-size bed plenty of storage an en suite shower room and its very own balcony with table and chairs perfect for catching the morning sun with a cuppa. Completing this floor is the cosy twin bedroom. Outside is a lovely gravel area with a table and chairs. There is a secluded patio area with seating and additional seating around the BBQ area as well as a private hot tub to enjoy. Also across the drive from the cottage is a large area of grass which you are permitted to use. This is a great area for exercising your dog and for children to run around. There are also a couple of benches to sit and enjoy the garden. This area is shared with the owners. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 king size, 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room, 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Travel cot and highchair available. Woodburner (first set of logs provided). Smart TV in lounge. Outside gravel seating area with garden furniture as well as a patio with seating and BBQ. Also a large area of grass which you are permitted to use for exercising your dog and for children to run around and also offers some lovely picnic areas to enjoy. Private hot tub. Private off road parking for 2 cars. Pub and shop 1 mile away, beach 2.5 miles.
