Introduction

The expansive sandy beach of Westward Ho! and the surfing paradise of Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton are all less than half an hour s drive. Alternatively take a drive to Exmoor head on to the stunning scenery at the Valley of the Rocks or head to the coastal towns of Lynton and Lynmouth. Some of the many family attractions in the region include The Milky Way The Big Sheep and Watermouth Castle. If this all sounds too exhausting a day relaxing at the property or unwinding in the hot tub is always a good option. This charming detached farmhouse is one of three properties on site and provides spacious split level accommodation while retaining many original features throughout. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room which provides plenty of space for boots and coats as well. Also on the ground floor is a separate WC. Heading upstairs there are three bedrooms one double bedroom one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC one twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds which can be made up as a double on request. Completing the first floor is the bathroom which has a step up to the bath which has a shower over and a WC.
