Placed within a Christmas Tree Farm you ll feel the festive atmosphere whatever time of year. Within 5 miles is the radiant town of Totnes with a quirky market unique shops and cafes and a handful of restaurants. Less than 3 miles away is Paignton offering a variety of sandy beaches seaside fun and locally sourced food to try. Slightly further afield is the historic town of Dartmouth (10 miles) with a range of attractions including Dartmouth Castle Britannia Royal Naval College and the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Retreat upon Dartmoor National Park 12 miles away and hike the beautiful scenery and see wildlife in its natural habitat. Stepping inside this stylish lodge you re pulled in by the warmth of underfloor heating throughout and gorgeous interiors. Entering from the rear patio doors you re welcomed into the open plan kitchen lounge dining area the free-flowing living space includes a Smart TV woodburner and a couple of cosy sofas. There is a dining table situated in the corner for meals and the full equipped kitchen provides a great space to entertain and prepare food. To the rear of the lodge are two bedrooms the first is a zip and link king size bedroom with stunning ensuite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a king-size bed with TV on the wall with another equally beautiful en-suite shower room with WC. Outside enjoy al-fresco evenings with an outdoor seating area designated BBQ space and sunken hot tub. Need to know: 2 bedroom 1 king size (Zip and link), 1 king size. 2 ensuite shower rooms with WC.
