Introduction

Situated on a sea view caravan park whatever the time of year there is much to do on-site and in the local area. Enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the shared pool sun terrace. You can also enjoy the breath-taking coastline with its string of sandy beaches and mix of shops taverns eateries and attractions dotted around this exceptional part of the county. The lively city of Plymouth with its shopping centre is a 30-minute drive; St Austell Bodmin and the Eden Project are also within easy reach.k. Arriving at the property through the shared courtyard you will enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The style is simple and understated and yet you will find everything you need including a TV with DVD and CD player in the lounge as well as an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher in the kitchen.?The property is all situated on one level and further to the living area there are two bedrooms: one double with its own TV and the other a twin room. The property s bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including carp fishing lakes an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar mini cinema and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter Whitsun summer and Autumn half term holidays. On site play facilities include a children s play park and a games room with pool air hockey and video games.
