The regional towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are nearby with popular pannier markets. Walkers and cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail and walk through the surrounding landscape stunning in any season. In the height of summer a small eco-campsite pops up in one of the fields and cream teas are served from the summer house. Enter the property via the utility room which is the perfect spot to kick off your walking boots and let the dogs dry off after your day of exploring all that this county has to offer. Within the utility room you have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Following on through this delightful property you will enter the light and airy kitchen/diner area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. Pull back the bi-folding doors and enjoy supper dining alfresco. Head down the hallway and you enter the lounge area. The fabulous lounge area offers a further set of bi-folding doors allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich soft furnishings and enjoy a night under the stars or watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV with Sky TV (basic package). After a long day head up the spilt staircase to the first floor where you will find a king-size bedroom with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with WC. Outside the gravelled garden wraps around the property offering a private hot tub patio area with garden furniture. The property is accessed via a cattle grid and offers off-road parking for two cars.
