THE PROPERTY OFFERS A LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE IDEAL FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS SLEEPS 8 Divided into two barns with enough communal space for all and plenty of privacy for when you need to step away. Set in the quiet hills beyond the towns of Brecon & Sennybridge there are great days out to be had. With great walking from the door located just above the Brecon Beacons National Park there s lots of choice. There are cycle routes too for both mountain bikes and road cyclists with bike hire available in Brecon and Hay on Wye. There is a local soft play centre just outside Brecon encase of a rainy day with under 8 s and Brecon has a small independent cinema too. Sennybridge is the closest town best for the basics head to Brecon for a proper Welsh town complete with Cathedral Regimental museum cinema and mountaineering shops. Hay on Wye is a favourite with heaps of independent stores and cafes. Leisure facilities: private hot tub. Games room: with table tennis and snooker. Play facilities: children s play frame. The lower barn offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bath and WC and 1 twin en-suite shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The upper barn offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size en-suite bath and WC. On the ground floor 1 twin with en-suite shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV DVD and access to the outside deck on the first floor. Kitchen/diner: With electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: terrace area to the side with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets.
