Market Rasen race course is only six miles away hosting regular events. Hemswell antiques centre is great on rainy days and only ten miles away. Alternatively simply sit back and relax in this quiet corner of Lincolnshire. The lodge is approached via a few steps leading up to the decking area which leads you to the front door stepping through into the entrance hall with utility room with washing machine. Following into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner the first thing you notice is the huge multiple windows turning the surrounding vistas into moving picture frames. There is a comfy lounge area with sofas chairs and TV/DVD. The kitchen area has everything you need to rustle up a hearty meal with an electric range oven and gas hob American style fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. In the dining area there is a table big enough for the whole family to enjoy a hearty breakfast or a celebration meal. Along the corridor the lodge offers three double bedrooms and one twin. There is a spacious bathroom with bath separate shower and WC and a further shower room and separate WC. Outside the decking sweeps around the lodge to the private hot tub with nearby outdoor seating a fantastic place to enjoy the summer nights and watch the tractors work the fields. There is lots of enclosed grassed areas that surrounds the accommodation great for garden games. There is ample off-road parking.
