Introduction

Close to the property is the Sandringham Royal Estate Norfolk home of the Queen with walks shops and coffee places. Travel out to the ever changing coastline from cliffs at Hunstanton vast open beaches at Snettisham and Holkham and coastal marshland at Brancaster maybe take a boat from Blakeney to see the seals. There is an abundance of places to eat along the way. Visit Kings Lynn for museums and old town. National Trust properties include Oxburgh Hall with priest hole and English Heritage properties at Castle Acre and Castle Rising. Further afield lies the Norfolk Broads and Norwich. Enter this pretty property via the patio area through the back door into the hall where coats can be hung. Straight ahead is the door to the lounge with delightful open fire great for cosy nights in with TV/DVD while relaxing on the two comfortable sofas. Into the double bedroom with views out to the woods beyond. The twin bedroom has limited space between the beds and also benefits from woodland views. Past the gate there is the woodland area and the lakes beyond and path to the cottage s own raised patio area surrounded by woodland and incorporating garden furniture sun loungers and the guests private hot tub in which to relax and watch the world go by.
