This lovely detached cottage sits on a working farm near the village of Pentre-Cwrt with its own pub the village looks over the river Teifi. You are just a few miles from the market town of Newcastle Emlyn which has a good range of independent shops and eateries. The coastline is surprisingly close just 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth a great starting point for other fishing villages along the coast such as New Quay and picture perfect Aberaeron to name but a few. A little closer to home is Cenarth with its renowned waterfalls and rich history of coracle fishing the perfect place to walk off a hearty lunch. Enter into the main hallway and through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner of this single storey cottage. The lounge has two comfy sofas TV/DVD and a warming wood burner making this a cosy place to stay any time of the year. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob microwave and a fridge and in the dining area there is a farmhouse table which is handmade in a rustic style from wood sourced from the farm. Up one step back into the hallway where there are two bedrooms the master has a double bed and exposed beams adding to the charm and the second has twin beds. The bathroom has a hand-held shower over bath and WC and also here you will find a washing machine. Outside there are large gardens and a patio area to the front with furniture. There is your own private wood fired hot tub (available from 2nd November 2018) perfect for star gazing after a day of exploring the coast and country.
