For town adventures Kirkbymoorside is only 4.5 miles away and has a number of shops eateries and galleries. A little further away is Helmsley a moor-side town home to a 900-year-old castle and a 250-year-old walled garden. Loose your boots in the property s boot room and make your way towards the open-plan living area. Home to a lounge/kitchen/diner everything your family needs has been lovingly and carefully packaged into this one spacious area. With grand Yorkshire flagstones underfoot and timeless open beams overhead the space has lots of charm. For lazy mornings and relaxed evenings the lounge area comes equipped with a wood burner a sofa and two armchairs. To make sure everyone is kept entertained a TV and DVD player are provided as well as a Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi. With many mouths to feed in your gang the kitchen area will be a family favourite. With an attractive design and plenty of space you can make use of the three-oven range cooker with ceramic hob dishwasher and handy wine fridge. For added convenience there is a utility room with a large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer as well as a cloakroom with WC next door. Gather around the large dining table and share plates and stories. There is plenty of space for everyone to grab a seat and dig in. A favourite amongst the kids downstairs is home to the affectionately dubbed Burrow a snug-like bedroom with TV/DVD and games console as well as lots of DVDs and toys. At night the room s day bed can be turned into a full-size single bed. Upstairs are a further two bedrooms one with a king-size bed and one with a twin including two full-size singles. Also upstairs is the family bathroom where you will find a bath as well as a walk-in shower. Stepping outside you will come to the property s pride and joy. Ready and waiting year-round a private bubbling hot tub with space for up to five adults provides a truly luxurious way to round off the day. As well as the hot tub the cottage also benefits from a gravelled patio area complete with outdoor furniture.
