The world-famous splendid town of St Andrews home of golf and the legendary Old Course is also within easy reach. The Fife Coastal Path offers excellent walking cycling and mountain biking opportunities with cycle routes that pass the properties just at the end of the road. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the nearby Ellie water sports and fishermen are well catered for with sea and river fishing close at hand or enjoy a boat trip around to the stunning Isle of May. Entering the stylish lodge into the hallway with ample storage space and a beautiful picture window enjoying splendid sea views. Head through to the stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfortable lounge area with Smart TV Bluetooth speaker and wood burner is the perfect place to sit back and relax after a day out exploring the local area and to enjoy the magnificent views over the Firth of Forth through the large patio doors that lead directly outside. The bespoke well-equipped kitchen area is the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer wine cooler and dishwasher and when you re ready enjoy romantic or family meals together around the stylish dining table and enjoy the splendid views. There is also a handy utility area with washer/dryer and ample storage space. Next is the light and bright super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating bath separate shower and WC relax on the comfy bed and enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV or enjoy the sea views from the patio doors. Leading back through the hallway you are met with the further delightful super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with Smart TV patio doors and picture window enjoying sea and countryside views and a stylish en-suite shower room with underfloor heating shower and WC. Stepping outside onto the spacious fully enclosed patio area providing a safe haven for children and dogs relax and enjoy a dip in the private hot tub and admire the stunning sea views. Enjoy al fresco dining with the charcoal BBQ and lazy evening stargazing across the Firth of Forth. There is also a fully covered decked area with comfortable seating and fantastic twinkling night star LED lighting. Ample off-road private parking is available at the rear of the lodge.
