Introduction

You are ideally situated to explore all that North Devon has to offer being located just on the coast with plenty of attractions nearby. For a family day out head to The Big Sheep or The Milky Way both fun for everyone. For a typical day at the beach head to Bude with its sandy beach or choose another at Welcombe Mouth Northcott Duckpool and Sandymouth. For the walkers amongst you there is access to the South West Coast Path with routes to Welcome Mouth or the Hartland Peninsula. You could also visit Lundy Island by boat. Enjoy various water sports along the coast and try a spot of surfing the beach or visit one of the many fishing villages. Step inside and find yourself in the entrance hall where you can drop off your coats and boots. From here head to one of the two bedrooms a grand four-poster double and a twin room. Completing the ground floor is the shower room with shower and WC. From the entrance hall head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave coffee machine dishwasher and fridge to enjoy your meal head to the dining area with plenty of room for everyone. Head to the lounge area with TV cosy sofas and wood burner to spend the evening relaxing after a long day of exploring. Heading outside there is a small private walled garden ideal for al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy the shared gardens and meadows including a stream fed pond and a shared courtyard you may even see some of the local wildlife including deer foxes and birds. Accessed via the courtyard there is a shared hot tub and a useful utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and freezer here you can also find some games puzzles and books for your enjoyment. You may even get a chance to say hello to the chickens and guinea pigs or let the children run free on the small play area. There is off-road parking available.
