Centrally located within easy reach of the A30 you will be perfectly placed to explore the area with something to see and do in every direction. The village boasts a bakery a fish and chip shop and a children s park. Within a 10 mile radius you are spoiled for choice with the number of beaches towns and villages waiting to be explored. Portreath Perranporth and Gwithian are all perfect for days at the beach while the bustling cobbled streets of Truro City or Maritime Square and the harbour at Falmouth provide shopping entertainment and some fantastic eateries. Alternatively stay close to home and explore the miles of old mineral lines offering fabulous off-road walks and bike rides. Stepping inside this stunning property a beautifully light and bright hallway firstly lead through to the cosy lounge. Here comfortable sofas sit in front of a Smart TV/DVD a warming wood burner and bi-folding doors to outside link this lovely room to the garden and enable you to enjoy the fresh air during warm weather. The next room is the bespoke contemporary kitchen/diner this boasts a formal dining area breakfast bar and French doors which also lead out to the garden. Perfectly appointed there is also a great selection of appliances including an induction range oven and hob microwave dishwasher wine cooler large American style fridge/freezer and a separate utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer and additional freezer. Completing the offering on the ground floor is the first of the beautiful bedrooms a spacious double bedroom with a Smart TV. Heading up the stunning glass sided staircase and onto the first floor you will then discover the rest of the luxurious sleeping accommodation. Three of the bedrooms boast an opulent super-king-size bed (one of which is a zip-and-link bed which can be made into a twin on request) Smart TV and an en-suite shower and WC. The final room is a slightly smaller yet perfectly appointed double room with a Smart TV and located next to this is the bathroom with a lovely free-standing bath separate shower and WC. Venturing outside further highlights await in the form of a decked patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Further to this guests can enjoy the large enclosed garden with lawn and garden games. Last but by no means least you have a Scandinavian sauna room and a hot tub located in separate beautifully presented log cabins plus a shower and WC all of which makes for the perfect relaxing holiday experience. Ample private off-road parking is available on the driveway directly outside.
