Introduction

A perfect location to assemble as a family or group of friends on the edge of a peaceful Cumbrian market town just a short drive takes to the splendour of the North of the Lake District National Park. Just a short walk into the picturesque market town of Brampton with its shops restaurants and friendly pubs. Drive past Penrith and onto explore Ullswater Keswick Derwentwater and the lesser known Thirlmere. A great base to congregate together with easy access from the south of Carlisle and where you could also walk along Hadrians Wall or cross over the border for a scenic drive to wander along the beautiful beaches in South West Scotland. Visit the glorious Cumbrian landscape and its many tourist attractions or enjoy a boat ride on Ullswater or Derwentwater. Your first impression will be of the sheer size of this bungalow accessed from the road down a long driveway. Enter the property into the large welcoming entrance hall and from here step into a large and attractive kitchen which is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine wine cooler and a sitting area next to the French doors and TV/DVD. The utility room has a washing machine tumble dryer and hanging space for wet coats. From the kitchen you pass into the elegant dining room with seating for everyone perfect for celebrating that special occasion. Moving into the snug this is the ideal spot for getting away from it all and relaxing with a quiet book or catching up on some Smart TV/DVD. There is also a separate WC accessed off the hall. You can really sit back and relax in the cosy and spacious lounge with plenty of comfy seating and a coal effect gas fire making it a perfect space to watch a movie on the Smart TV. Off the hall you will find the five comfy bedrooms. The first is a master king-size bedroom with patio doors and large en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. There are also a king-size room and a twin room that share an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room and WC. There last two bedrooms consist of a well-designed double bedroom and a single bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. All bedrooms have a Smart TV/DVD. There is also a large bathroom with roll top bath separate shower and WC. Outside is a large raised decking with hot tub sun loungers and garden furniture perfect for dining alfresco. There are also two acres of land with mature trees and lawn areas planted with shrubs and trees with unfenced pond and stream at the bottom to provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing in the garden or in the hot tub. The addition of a football net rounders croquet boules and a badminton net make this cottage the perfect place for adults to sit back and relax in and for children to play in not to mention ideal for four-legged friends to run off some steam. There is off-road parking for four cars.
