Alternatively if you can tear yourself away from the immediate vicinity there is an array of exploring to do with both the north and south coast just a short drive away. Local beaches include Godrevy and Gwithian which boast views over St Ives Bay and lighthouse the quaint harbour at Porthleven is just a short drive away and here you will find pubs restaurants and amazing views and also close-by is Marazion home to the glorious sight of St Michael s Mount. Other attractions accessible from here include St Ives and Falmouth the most southerly point of the UK at The Lizard Truro the regions capital which boasts an array of shops and eateries and the distinctive Minnack Theatre and stunning sea colours of Porthcurno beach. Step inside this pretty studio-style property which is adjoined to the owners home you will firstly find yourself in the light and bright entrance hall and this useful space provides somewhere to decant coats and boots. From here walk through into the living area and you will discover that the accommodation opens up into a cosy yet perfectly appointed studio style lounge/diner/bedroom with views of the garden. This is presented with a double bed (underneath a single air bed can be used to accommodate a child) TV/DVD and provides the perfect place to relax after a day exploring or enjoy a laid back meal. The kitchen is located at the rear of the property and continues with the compact yet perfectly appointed theme and boasts an electric oven and two ring hob fridge/freezer and washing machine. Completing the offering inside the property is a lovely contemporary shower room with WC. The property is also equipped with an iron and ironing board. Located outside and to the front of the property a small enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ has been provided for your relaxation and enjoyment and further to this you are welcome to explore the shared grounds with children s play equipment. Guests also benefit from exclusive use of the pool house heated indoor pool and Bluetooth hot tub from which you can enjoy panoramic countryside views and the opportunity to spot local wildlife in the neighbouring fields. Private off-road parking for one car is provided.
