Introduction

The house is well placed just a short drive from Shrewsbury the medieval market town with over 600 listed buildings including the castle and world-famous Abbey theatre independent shops and eateries. Oswestry is also a short drive in the opposite direction with its town trail well-preserved hilltop Iron Age fort farmers market shops and local eateries. The British Ironwork Centre is well worth a visit too. Head to the Long Mynd in Church Stretton an excellent base for the country lovers and sportsmen alike with walking cycling and hand gliding. Visit Hawkstone Park National Trust s Attingham Park Benthall and Wenlock Edge. There is always something to see and do for all the family. Walk into the hall leading down to the delightful kitchen well-equipped with all the thoughtful little extras such as the coffee machine alongside the Range style electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher. If you decide to eat in and rustle up a meal you can enjoy your culinary delights in the separate dining room with views over the garden. The dining table takes centre stage by the side of the feature fireplace and dual aspect windows. The lounge has comfortable sofas to relax on SkyTV feature fireplace housing a wood burner and French doors that lead out on to the patio and into the garden. It is a lovely space to catch up on the news plan your holiday activities or watch a film together. Back around into the kitchen there is access to the conservatory with table and chairs and space to store your shoes and coats. Here there is also a shower that is handy for washing off after being in the hot tub and the separate WC. Continuing through to the inner hallway with sofa you will find two ground floor bedrooms a double bedroom and a king-size with French doors onto the patio with hot tub. Here there is also another shower room with large shower and WC. Upstairs on the first floor you will find the further four bedrooms. These consist of a king-size with private balcony overlooking the garden a further king-size and a twin. The last bedroom is a single with access to the en-suite Jack and Jill shower room and WC also accessed from the hallway. Enjoy a leisurely bubble bath in the family bathroom with freestanding bath separate shower and WC that completes the property. Please note all bedrooms have TVs with Sky. Outside there are lots of areas to enjoy al fresco dining soaking up the sun or just relaxing. Unwind in the hot tub on the patio by the conservatory make the most of the charcoal BBQ enjoy evening drinks at the table and chairs watch the sunset from the picnic bench on the lawn or head into the games barn. In the games barn there is a pool table and table football for some competitive fun or just enjoy some ball games in the garden. There is private off-road parking for five cars and a lockable bike store in the games barn.
