Nestled amid the spectacular scenery of the beautiful Glenclova valley. The immediate area has abundant wildlife and offers a wealth of outdoor activities. Including Munro bagging walking biking loch and river fishing for salmon and trout to deer stalking. With an array of mountain ranges lochs and country tracks to explore. Golfers will also be delighted with the area boasting a number of fantastic local and links courses including the championship course at Carnoustie. Located 12 miles from the historic famous town of Kirriemuir. That was the birthplace of J M Barrie author of Peter Pan and Bon Scott of the Rock group ACDC. Stepping into the lodge you will find two double bedrooms on the ground floor which provide a warm and cosy space for a good night s rest both benefit from an en-suite shower room and WC so no queues for a shower in the morning. Also on the ground floor is the sauna which is a real treat and will soothe those achy legs after a day hiking the hills. Heading upstairs the first floor is home to the lounge/kitchen/diner is impressive with French doors leading onto a large balcony which offers magnificent views over the surrounding glens. Put your feet up and snuggle up with loved ones with a good movie on the TV/DVD. Rustle up a family meal in the kitchen space with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine and enjoy the results of your cooking at the nearby dining table. Completing the property is the third double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Outside the property you can spend your days soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the surrounding scenery or dining alfresco. There is ample off-road parking.
