Nearby is the historical city of Chichester which is home to the cathedral Arundel Castle and Petworth House home to one of the finest National Trust art collections. Step into the spacious hallway and leave your coats and boots in the boot room which is located just off the main hallway. The hall guides you through to the light and airy kitchen which is well-equipped with two electric ovens and a gas hob American style fridge/freezer coffee machine dishwasher microwave and wine cooler. The large breakfast bar is a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. The kitchen leads into a large lounge/diner which is the perfect space to entertain. The dining table seats 14 easily (and 16 at a squeeze) but is ideal for large family meals and then afterwards relax in front of the wood burner on the large comfy corner sofa. Teenagers can keep themselves amused in the separate TV room which offers two sofas Smart TV with DVD and a Wii console or in the games room that overlooks the garden and offers TV and pool table. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and there is also a downstairs separate WC leading from the hall. Two sets of stairs at either end of the house lead up to the first floor where there are six bedrooms four of which have sea views. The sumptuous master bedroom has a super-king-size bed en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath separate shower and WC and your own balcony from which to admire the wonderful sea views. There is a further super-king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a roll-top bath separate shower WC and a balcony for enjoying the seascape. Guests can choose from the four other bedrooms: including two doubles a twin and a bunk bedroom including a hi-sleeper with sofa bed underneath. Also on the first floor are two bathrooms both with roll top baths separate shower and WC. In addition on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Outside relax on the decking with outdoor dining tables sofa seating areas to enjoy the outdoor life the whole decking has awnings to make this outdoor space very enjoyable. Enjoy a dip in the heated swimming pool (available May – September) relax in the hot tub (all year round) with use of the pool changing huts and outdoor shower. For those wishing to exercise indoors the garage has a treadmill and rowing machine. For the slightly more energetic family members a game of croquet outdoor table tennis or five-a-side football will bring hours of family fun or venture out onto the beach via your own personal access through a gate at the end of the garden.
