The market town of Bovey Tracey is within easy reach of the property which boasts a fortnightly farmers market and an array of shops cafes restaurants and amenities. There are a wealth of towns and villages to visit why not take a day out to explore Totnes Moretonhampstead or the coastal towns in the South Hams. Walks for the family and pet pooch are plentiful with seasonal changing scenery found not only on Dartmoor but the nearby reservoirs and National Trust gardens. Beaches are plentiful for fun in the sun or strolling in Autumn – Shaldon Maidencombe and Ness Cove beach are all within easy reach of the property. This deceptively large and spacious property offers three bedrooms: On the ground floor you will find two of the three bedrooms a king-size and a spacious twin. You will also find the first of the two shower rooms which offers a rainfall shower and WC but watch your head if you want to appreciate the views from here. Through the door from the utility room is the entrance to the games room so even on rainy days you will not be at a loss for things to do.
