Close by is the pretty village of St Mellion famous for its Jack Nicklaus golf course. The nearest beaches are on the Rame Peninsula just five miles from the property. Easily accessible from the M5 and just along the coast one can discover the traditional picture postcard resort towns of Looe and Polperro. Other attractions in the area include the Monkey Sanctuary the Adrenalin Quarry Go Karting Porfell Wildlife Park the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. On entering this stunningly converted property you will find yourself in the beautifully designed open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area notable for its exposed beams and relaxed atmosphere. The cosy lounge is a relaxing space where you can snuggle up and watch the Smart TV there is a sofa bed in here. Exploring further for which we recommend you bring your wellies as it can get muddy you will find a track which leads to a large field where dogs are welcome along with six acres of private wild woodland.
