Introduction

The sandy bays of Portreath and Porthtowan are approximately two miles and the local pub is only a mile away. This part of Cornwall offers excellent surfing opportunities and attractions to suit all ages including the Cornish Cider Farm Newquay Zoo and Aquarium and Flambards Theme Park. Just a short drive away are the Lizard and Land s End peninsulas. The cathedral city of Truro is just eight miles away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife. The seaside towns of Falmouth and St Ives homes to the National Maritime Museum and the Tate Gallery respectively are no more than a twenty-five minute drive away. This stunning cottage is part of a complex of nine properties with shared facilities designed to give you that special holiday experience. On entering this beautiful and inviting property you will find yourself in the spacious and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area its exposed beams being a particularly notable feature. The cosy lounge area is perfect for anyone wanting to snuggle up and watch the TV/DVD. The delightful dining area makes every meal a treat with the added bonus of beautiful countryside views through the French doors. The elegant and stylishly designed kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you might need including electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washing machine. As you move further into this single-level cottage you will find three bright bedrooms: one double which benefits from an en-suite shower and WC another double and one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a double on request). There is also a bathroom complete with bath separate shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a delightful patio area and garden complete with relaxing hot tub garden seating BBQ and gorgeous views across rolling fields. There is also a play area for children shared with the other properties in the complex which includes a climbing frame slide and swings. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
