This converted barn is located on the owners working farm surrounded by wonderful rural views many walks can be enjoyed from the property including the scenic walk to the neighbouring village Newton Tracey where guests will find a friendly and popular pub. The West Country is well known for its beaches a fifteen minute drive away you will find Westward Ho! with its two mile stretch of sandy beach. The popular destinations Croyde and Saunton Sands are slightly further afield whilst still being within easy access. Other attractions in the local area include the beautiful and unique village of Clovelly fantastic walks over the Northam Burrows Country Park and Barnstaple Town with shops bars restaurants and a cinema. On entering this converted barn you will instantly notice the attention paid to ensure the high specification character features such as exposed beams and stonework. Being a split level property you will first enter into the gound floor open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. For adults and children alike there is a communal games room with a pool table air hockey and a selection of games to play. If you prefer to be outdoors guests are welcome to explore the farm to see the resident animals ducks chickens and by request the owners horse. There is ample parking close to the property.
