Introduction

The Forest of Dean is a great family day out including Go Ape Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. The City of Gloucester is famous for The Norman Cathedral which has featured in The Harry Potter Films and Beatrix Potter Stories. The pretty quintessential Cotswold Villages are close by as is the Herefordshire Black and White trail. The Malvern Hills great for walking with your dogs is slightly further afield. Ideally located with three local pubs serving food within walking distance. Conveniently situated on the border of three counties with many attractions nearby including May Hill Bewery Harts Barn Craft Centre and a cookery school. Enter the property on the ground floor into the entrance hallway with a handy separate WC. Off from here you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here you will find a stylish dining table seating up to 10 guests. Relax in the lounge area with comfy sofas where you can cosy up and watch the Smart TV with sound bar. The kitchen area is well equipped with a double electric Range oven and hob microwave American style fridge/freezer wine fridge dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area adorns a stylish dining table seating up to 10 guests. Heading up to the first floor landing you will find the five stylish bedrooms two doubles one with en-suite bathroom with bath separate double shower cubicle and WC and two twin rooms. At the far end of the landing is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath separate double shower and WC. The real feature of this room is the private balcony accessed through the glass doors a fully plumbed bath tub is here to be enjoyed and perfectly positioned to take in the countryside views. Outside there is a rear terrace area overlooking farmland with garden furniture hot tub wood burner and a charcoal BBQ (available by request) the perfect spot to relax or dine alfresco. There is ample parking available.
