Set at the foot of Bulbarrow Hill within the verdant countryside of the Blackmore Vale from here you can take one of the many walking and cycling routes that weave through this picturesque part of rural Dorset. The nearby village of Hazelbury Bryan offers a shop and pub or why not travel further afield and take a trip to the stunning Jurassic coastline with popular sites including Lulworth Cove and Ringstead Bay accessible by car. A footpath leads from the parking area to the semi-detached single storey property. Once inside you are met by a light and bright open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with TV (Wi-Fi is free of charge up to 75GB with a charge of 5 per 1GB after this). The kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Heading back through the lounge/kitchen/diner brings you to the two bedrooms one twin and one double as well as the shower room with shower and WC which is shared between them. With exposed timbers and brickwork there is no shortage of character features to be admired here. Heading outside you will find an enclosed garden with lawn and garden. This is the perfect spot for enjoying a meal outdoors whilst enjoying the tranquillity of this rural spot. There is off-road parking for one car within the shared car park approximately 50m from the property. (Unloading is possible approximately 10m from the property). Shared leisure facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool hot tub gym sauna games room with pool table activity centre with badminton court and table tennis children s outdoor play area with trampoline and three course fishing lakes.
