Introduction

This stylish conversion is located in an elevated position next to Caldwell golf course just one mile from the village of Uplawmoor 12 miles from the ancient royal burgh of Irvine and 17 miles from the vibrant city of Glasgow and 20 minutes are the beaches of Ayrshire Coast. The beautiful Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park is within easy reach or you could take one of the many great ferry trips which are a great way to see the glorious west coast. The Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park and Castle Semple are close at hand ideal for walkers mountain bikers and water sports enthusiasts too. Golfers will be delighted with the renowned courses of Turnberry and Royal Troon close by. Enter the property and into the kitchen/diner which is a great place to enjoy breakfast with the family it is equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and a dining table and chairs. Next to the kitchen is a small snug where you can curl up and watch TV here there is also a double sofa bed or head through to the conservatory. After a busy day you can relax in the lounge in front of the wood burner and catch up with your favourite movie on the TV/DVD. There is also a separate WC. There are two bedrooms on the same level one double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a further double room. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Leading back out from the kitchen is a small patio area with seating and BBQ to enjoy dining alfresco or relax in the hot tub. There is ample off-road parking.
