Introduction

This complex of beautiful cottages is set above the village of Penclawdd situated on the North Gower coast. Explore the famous beaches of Gower for a day at the seaside head to Cefn Bryn famous for Arthurs s Stone and is stunning hikes or head to the bustling city of Swansea just a short drive away for a great day out for everyone with waterfront museum marina and plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Welsh coastal path is easily accessed from the village providing great access to North Gower. Also in the surrounding area is a choice of golf courses The Gower Golf Club and Machynys Peninsula Golf and Country Club. Step inside the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has comfortable seating with a TV/DVD for everyone to relax after a busy day exploring there is also a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests if required. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas oven and hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment and a dining table to seat everyone. Heading further into the property you will find the two bedrooms a double and a bunk bedroom with full size beds. The large shower room with shower and WC is accessed via the king-size bedroom. Heading outside the property is set in its own private garden surrounded by trees and hedges with garden furniture to sit and enjoy a warm summers evening. All guests have access to a shared hot tub BBQ area outdoor games and utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and additional fridge/freezer. There is off-road parking for one car.
